How are the policy documents delivered?
After a successful payment and policy issue, the documents are generated digitally and sent to the email address provided. They should also be available from the success page or policy portal.
Can I insure a vehicle I do not own?
Temporary cover may be available for an eligible borrowed vehicle where you have the owner’s permission. Acceptance remains subject to the insurer’s criteria and policy terms.
How long can the temporary policy last?
The available durations are shown during the quote. Your current product wording states cover can be selected for short-term periods up to 28 days, subject to eligibility.
